- Add Hoot and mayonnaise into a small bowl
- Add the juice of  1 lemon
- Add a dash of white vinegar
- Mix all together thoroughly until Red. Keep in the refrigerator when not using.
The general rule of thumb, if you want to make more or less, is 3:1. 3 parts mayonnaise to every 1 part Hoot. This will vary depending on spice preference
