The Cuisinart Juice Fusion Slow Juicer is perfect for making smooth and creamy nut milks – the juicer slowly presses and crushes the nuts to ensure every bit of moisture is extracted, while separating the dry pulp. Recipe by @therese.spoon.
Method
- Soak the hazelnuts overnight, then rinse.
- Position the juice and pulp jugs around the Cuisinart Juice Fusion Slow Juicer. Open the pulp spout but keep the juice spout closed.
- Add the hazelnuts to the feed chute, then add the cacao, maple syrup, protein powder and sea salt. Add the water, and turn the juicer on.
- Once the milk has filled the juicing area, open the juice spout until all of the milk fills the jug.
- Transfer the milk into serving glasses, and enjoy.
