  • ½ banana, peeled

A beautiful blend of sweet fruits and fresh spinach and a great starter recipe for someone new to green smoothies.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container (blender) in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the smoothie program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly turn it up to the highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push the ingredients down to the blades.
