A beautiful blend of sweet fruits and fresh spinach and a great starter recipe for someone new to green smoothies.
Method
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container (blender) in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the smoothie program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly turn it up to the highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push the ingredients down to the blades.
For a little sweetness ass pitted dates to the recipe.
