Adding the nuttiness of coconut water to your fruit smoothie gives great flavour.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container (blender) in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the smoothie program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase it to the highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Nutrition Note:

Coconut water provides hydration and essential electrolytes like potassium. Red grapes and strawberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and K, fibre, and natural sweetness and are a great source of potassium and vitamin B6, promoting heart health and energy metabolism.
