Adding the nuttiness of coconut water to your fruit smoothie gives great flavour.
Method
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container (blender) in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the smoothie program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase it to the highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Coconut water provides hydration and essential electrolytes like potassium. Red grapes and strawberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and K, fibre, and natural sweetness and are a great source of potassium and vitamin B6, promoting heart health and energy metabolism.
