The blades are heat-treated in a special furnace using a precisely controlled, unique temperature curve. This changes the material structure of the blade steel. The steel becomes harder and enables optimal grinding results at a sharper angle

Precise Laser Controlled Robotic Grinding

A laser measures each blade to determine the perfect grinding angle. Subsequently, precise robotic grinding ensures consistent and high-quality results.

Special Sharp Cutting Angle

On both sides of the blade is a precise and optimal cutting angle. This special angle ensures outstanding and long-lasting sharpness that achieves double the level required by standard ISO- 8442-5
