Weck glass jars are made with thick glass to withstand repetitive boiling, sterilising and processing.
They are of such high quality they can even be used for baking making them the most versatile jar around. The J. Weck preserving company was founded at the beginning of the last century in Oflingen, Germany and their glass is still manufactured there today.
Use this new shaped 300 ml jar for a lunch box – it’s exactly the right size for a salad or soup. Otherwise its great for pantry or fridge storage, or for taking on picnics.
