The triangle pizza wheel is designed for professional use
Designed for the professional chef but is equally appreciated by home chefs For Mood, triangle uses PEFC-certified cherry wood from regional orchards, thereby supporting sustainable timber management and short transport routes.
The handles are turned in the Sauerland region of Germany, then finely finished in Solingen and assembled with functional parts made of stainless steel. Naturally, eco-electricity is used. The hardened and durably sharp cutting wheel is made of special stainless steel while a double-sided guiding gives maximum stability.
Besides cutting pizza the pizza wheel is also useful for cutting homemade pasta dough.
