This professional turner with a matt brushed finish features slots that allow fat and cooking liquid to drain off. Triangle turners are ground conically towards the tip and hardened, they are therefore thin, resilient and flexible at the front, while they have the necessary stability in the rear area. The high-quality handle made of German cherry wood is riveted and made by hand according to the Solingen tradition, i.e. cleaned and polished on the sanding belt.
