The Confetti Cutter Flower is used for cutting confetti-size decoration. Simply cut a thin slice of the desired fruit or vegetable. Then press the cutter down on it repeatedly and the confetti collects in the funnel. Just before serving use your hands to sprinkle the confetti over the dish.
