This Sunnex Stainless Soup Kettle is suited to keep sauces and soups at just the right serving temperature. It contains a stainless steel Bain-Marie insert with carrier ring, double handle lid and temperature control with pilot light. When set on the maximum setting the water pan will be heated to approximately 80ËšC with possible variance of 10ËšC. Overheating of water is protected by the safety thermostat, which cuts off at 118ËšC.
