This Lemon Honey Ginger syrup uses the best ingredients around.

Six Barrel Soda syrups are designed to be mixed with sparkling or soda water. They pair perfectly with your Six Barrel Soda Sparkler Machine, SodaStream or other sparkling water makers. Mixed with organic ginger, organic NZ honey, NZ lemon juice and a touch of black pepper for some heat. It is perfect served with hot water for a soothing drink or with sparkling water for a crisp, dry soda with a ginger kick.

How to mix:

Simply mix the syrups with any soda or sparkling water over ice and add a garnish if you’re feeling fancy. We usually mix them 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda or sparkling water, e.g. 30mL syrup and 150mL water, but you can make them stronger or weaker; it’s up to you.

How to mix:

The syrups are designed to be mixed with soda or sparkling water, and are best served cold over ice.

Shake before use. Then mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (usually about 30mL of syrup in a 200mL glass of water). Stir and garnish with fancy things.

 

Storage tips:

Before opening, the bottle will be fine at room temperature.

Once open, store in the fridge. Use within approx. 30 days once open.
