Instructions:
- Position meat on rack and place in roasting pan
- Cook according to the recipe
- To remove cooked meat, use oven mitts to lift the roasting rack and place directly onto serving platter or cutting board.
- Pull the pin out and rack sides are easily removed leaving the meat ready to serve or carve.
