The OXO Good Grips 5 lb/2.25 kg Food Scale with Pull-Out Display is perfect for portioning meat, produce, spices and more.
Weigh items directly on the platform, on a plate or in a bowl. The display pulls away from the base to prevent shadowing from large containers. A weight indicator shows the scale’s capacity before the maximum of 5 lb/2.25 kg. Press the Zero button to offset the weight of a container or to set the weight back to zero before adding additional ingredients. The display features large, easy-to-read numbers in 1/8-ounce (US) and 1-gram (metric) increments.

I love this compact scale. Being able to weigh larger plates with the adjustable display screen is brilliant. The plate on the top of the scale can be taken off to clean. It just makes the scales so easy to use. The read out is in imperial measurements.
