Our Yellow corn comes from the NZ East Coast and makes our favourite tortilla.
Me Hiko has taken a freshly baked NZ-grown yellow corn tortilla and sliced it into quarters then seasoned it with natural cheese flavouring. A great chip for homemade nachos or dipping.
