The Magimix Parmesan/Rasping Disc is ideal for grating hard cheeses such as parmesan or hard chocolate.
This disc fits all models of Magimix Food Processors, however, the older Compact 2100/3100/3150 and the Cuisine Systeme 4100/5100 models will need an adaptor.
Always handle with care these discs are exceptionally sharp!
