Clutter-free and neat charging

The KitchenAid Go charging dock is designed for the home. It provides a clutter-free space to charge the removable Lithium Ion battery and allows you to easily swap in a new battery (sold separately) if it runs out. The dock plugs into a USB port for convenient USB-A to USB-C charging.

The 10.8V Lithium Ion battery (sold separately) will power your entire KitchenAid Go Cordless System. It’s removable and quick to charge. Whether you have the food chopper, hand mixer, hand blender, coffee grinder, portable blender or handheld vacuum (all sold separately), this battery is compatible.

How do you read the LED indicator lights?

When the battery is installed, or when you operate the appliance, the battery charge status LEDs will display for 5 seconds and then turn off. If the battery charge is 10% or less, the indicator light will continue to flash until the unit is no longer in use, or until the battery is removed.

Full charge: The rechargeable battery will be fully charged in around 3 hours.

4 Lights: 75-100%
3 Lights: 50-75%
2 Lights: 25-50%
1 Light: < 25%


How do you recharge the battery?

USING THE USB CABLE
1. Attach the USB cable to an adapter. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the Battery.
2. Plug the adapter into a power source.

USING THE DOCKING STATION (OPTIONAL)
1. Attach the USB cord to the adapter.
2. Plug the adapter into a power source.
3. Turn the Battery upside down and slide the Battery onto the dock.
4. Press down and the latch will snap into place.
5. Upon initial plugging in the Battery into the charger, the Battery LEDs will alternate for a few seconds as it performs a self-diagnostic of the Battery status.
6. After diagnostic is complete, the Battery will begin charging with a single LED flashing.
LEDs will become solid in colour as charging progresses. Battery is fully charged when all LEDs are solid.

Note: The battery is supplied partially charged. To ensure full battery capacity, fully charge the battery before using the product for the first time. The lithium-ion battery can be charged at any time without reducing its service life. Interrupting the charging process does not damage the battery.


Do I need the docking station for KitchenAid Go Cordless?

No, the docking station is an optional accessory for KitchenAid Go Cordless System. You are able to recharge the battery using the USB cable that’s included with your product if you prefer.

The charging dock is a neat solution designed for the home to provide a clutter-free and convenient place to charge the battery. It gives you a way to easily swap in a new battery* if it runs out, so you can keep creating without waiting. The docking station plugs into a USB port and has the same colour and aesthetic as all the products in the range.
