The Yakitori Rail can replace the grill top on the Hibachi Tabo Classic & Classic Pro and is ideal for resting skewers, mesh grills, gastronorm trays, baskets & grill sections.
The Yakitori Rail is electropolished, which makes it easy to clean. It can also be used with the Chef’s Workstation to mount mesh grills for cooking or resting at different temperatures. In addition, it can take three sizes of bain maries for seasoning, oils, and marinades and can also be used to rest cooked produce.
