It grates flakes as well as finely grated hard cheese, blocks of chocolate or nuts in no time. What this grater does perfectly with hard cheese, it’s also happy to do with chocolate or nut kernels. The PARMIGIANO cheese grater delivers either extremely delicate flakes or finely grated ingredients. There are two exchangeable friction discs with a super sharp laser cut finish. While one disc is in use, the other can be safely stored in the lid of the dishwasher-safe grater. The food to be cut can also be stored under the airtight lid. In addition to the aroma lid, the standard equipment also includes a scraper and a drip tray.
