The EZIDRI Ultra FD1000 is the ultimate food dehydrator! It is designed for bulk food drying and preserving all your favourite fruits and vegetables.
It is well suited to the serious enthusiast home gardener, the small orchardist or farmer, even for use at schools, and it also has commercial applications. It is the fastest, most efficient food dehydrator available today, the Ultra FD1000 has the capacity to dry up to 30 trays of produce at one time. It is also capable of drying up to 15 trays of purée (for roll-ups) at one time.

An enhanced version of the Ultra FD1000 featuring the unique heated airflow pattern providing fast and even drying and now incorporating microcomputer-controlled circuitry to provide user-friendly soft-touch digital control of the adjustable:
– Temperature – 30°C – 70°C
– Timer – 1 hr – 48 hrs with an automatic “anti-re-hydration” facility which reverts the temperature back to 30°C when the preset time is completed in case of a long period of time before the dried produce can be attended to
– Power Switch – On / Off with red light indicator (red light will be on when there is power to the unit. If there is nothing on the display it means that the unit is off. If you press the on/off button the display will light up).
- Quick & efficient dehydration with the capacity to dry bulk quantities of food using up to 20 large trays for wet produce (fruit leather, fruit, vegetables, beef jerky, yoghurt leather).
- Dehydrates dry produce or lightweight up to 30 trays (herbs flowers, mushrooms).
