Cleaning:
If there is baked-on residue food on your roaster, we recommend leaving the roaster in hot, soapy water for some time before cleaning with a non-metal scourer or brush, as metal products may damage the enamel coating.
Utensils: We recommend using nylon or bamboo utensils with these products, as metal products may chip the enamel.Â
Caution: Please be careful when using your enamel products, as they will get hot during cooking. We recommend using a single or double oven glove when handling these items.
