The Cole & Mason Gourmet Precision Mechanism does not crush peppercorns but strips them to consistently release maximum flavour with each turn. The Precision+ mechanism on the pepper, made from carbon steel, has optimised mechanics to ensure fewer blockages and even more consistent performance
