Preparing your ham bag:
- Soak your ham bag in a solution of water and one tablespoon of vinegar, then wring out excess moisture.
- Remove your ham from its plastic wrapping, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- Remove the rind from the ham by loosening the edges and rolling it off in one piece
- Place your ham in its ham bag and refrigerate.
- To maintain freshness, rinse out your ham bag every 3 days in the water and vinegar mixture, and always keep the bag moist.
