Specifications:

  • Mould Cavities: 21 (3 x 7)
  • Portion Mould Size: ∅ 31 mm x H 15 mm
  • Mould Size: L 275 mm x W 135 mm x H 24 mm

Use & Care Instructions:

  • It is recommended to wash the polycarbonate mould at a maximum temperature of 50/55°C.
  • Do not use aggressive detergents and rough sponges as they may impair the gloss of the mould surface.
  • Not dishwasher recommended but can be used as long as wash does not exceed the maximum temperature.
  • To keep the mould flat over time, Chocolate World also recommends storing it in special containers in a perfectly flat position, away from heat sources.
