At Chef’s Complements, we realise it can be hard choosing the perfect gift for that special someone. A Chef’s Complements gift voucher is a perfect choice. It will be welcome whatever the occasion.

We can keep the voucher available for you on your next store visit, or we can send it out to you or a friend if desired. If redeeming the voucher online, see below for instructions on use.

Note: Vouchers are couriered and cannot be posted.

Please note that our gift vouchers are valid for 2 years. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

  1. Add the voucher and the amount you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
  2. At the checkout, when filling in all your shipping & billing details, please make sure the postcode and the town are that of our store (Taupo, 3330) This will leave the option for Free Click & Collect.

Our physical vouchers are mainly used for in-store shopping and aren’t set up to function on the website automatically. There is a manual way to get around this so you can use your voucher online if you wish.

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
  2. At the checkout, after filling in all your shipping & billing details, leave your voucher number and the amount of the voucher in the order notes.
  3. Choose the payment option of ‘Direct Bank Transfer’. If you are spending more than the voucher amount, only pay the difference to the bank account number shown. If you are spending the exact amount of the voucher, or less, use this same method and disregard any additional payment. We will take note of how much there is remaining on your voucher if any.
