Keep your cheese mould free.
Starting with a fresh block of cheese, open one end of the packaging to allow the cheese to breathe. Place the cheese with the wrapping still on into the cheese bag and refrigerate.
Helpful Hint:
To avoid cheese flavours transferring, only store one type of cheese at a time in your cheese storage bag.
