Instructions:
Place into freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen. Put frozen cooler into lunch bag/box and close. To keep food cool, place the cooler on top of food rather than underneath it. For lunch bags/boxes with a capacity of 4-7L Use 1 or 2 ice packs per bag. Dimensions: 220 x 125 x16mm.
