This Bakels Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix is so easy to make – just add eggs, milk & butter for a moist, scrumptious full of flavour cake. Ideal for those who chose a Gluten-Free Diet
Group 1 Ingredients:
- Gluten-Free Moist Chocolate Cake Mix 500g
- Milk 1 1/4 cups
- Soften Butter 90g (6 Tablespoons)
- Eggs x3
Method:
Put all Group 1 ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Scale weight is as required. (All the above mix into a 20cm round tin). Bake at 170°C for approximately 40 minutes. Check that it is baked by using a skewer in the middle of the cake, comes out clean if it is ready.
Other ideas:
- Add shredded coconut into the mix before baking.
- For a double chocolate cake – add chocolate chips into the mix before baking
- Make a fresh jaffa cake by adding orange zest
- Ice when cooled with chocolate icing or for something different, try a hazelnut spread
