The Silicone Egg Poacher by Avanti is cleverly themed with it’s yellow, yolk coloured body and a cracked egg shape fitting in well for its purpose.
To use, simply bring a pan of 2cm of water to boil and reduce to a simmer. Coat the inside of the cradle lightly with oil, crack your egg into the cradle, place in simmering water and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 4-6 minutes. Once cooked flip the cradle inside out to release the domed egg.
Warning: Do not place the poacher directly on any flame or burner.
