This handheld twist reamer by Avanti is a classic kitchen tool and is suitable for quickly juicing all citrus fruits including lemons and limes
The pointed tip is ideal for dislodging seeds, while the ridged surface is ideal for extracting juices. As some pith and seeds will be missed from dislodging and will be extracted too, the juice will need straining. To use, simply cut fruit in half, grasp fruit in the palm of your hand and press reamer into fruit, twist reamer for maximum juice.
