Due to their one-piece forging, the Clásica knives are in high demand by kitchen professionals. The blade is made of stainless steel forged NITRUM®, which gives it its high strength and resistance yet is very easy to sharpen. Standing out for its special silk edge, in which the expertise and knowledge of Arcos’ master cutlers are combined with the latest technologies, to attain a cut which will not fail to impress but amaze. The blades resist rust and stains. Inspired design using straight lines and sharp contrasts with classically styled handles beautifully finished ensuring strength and design. The ergonomic handle offers a modern contemporary design along with durability and comfort. The handle scales are made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, and solvents and is able to withstand high and low temperatures between -40ºC to 150ºC. The rivets are made of stainless steel alloy ensuring extremely high corrosion resistance.
