After cooking, place the tray in your Hibachi Tabo Classic grill above the remaining charcoal, place your dirty grill inside, and fill with water and soap. The combination of heat and soapy water will soak any residue straight off the stainless steel, so you can just wipe it down, and it will be clean and shiny like new.
Once everything is clean and dry, the utility tray makes a tidy lid for the grill. You can also use the tray as a cooking tray.
