With the Kilner Butter Churner, you can easily whip up delicious, homemade butter. Start by pouring double cream into the glass jar base and securing the lid with the churning mechanism. Then, turn the handle to set the paddles in motion, and continue churning for about 10 minutes until the butter fat separates from the buttermilk.

Once the separation is complete, remove the buttermilk by straining it away, and use the Kilner Butter Paddles to shape the butter fat. Don’t let the leftover buttermilk go to waste – it can be put to good use in pancake or scone mixtures.

To add a personal touch, you can experiment with different flavours by seasoning and adding herbs and spices. And if you need guidance, a recipe and instruction booklet is included to help you through the process.

Includes:
  • 1 x Kilner® 1 Litre Glass Jar
  • 1 x Kilner® Butter Churner / Paddle
  • 1 x Recipe and Instruction Booklet

The original, the best and sustainable:
