Quality always comes first for WÜSTHOF: our knives are perfectly crafted with 55 manufacturing steps and over 20 uncompromising quality controls. The blades are forged from one piece of WÜSTHOF steel and are particularly sharp, robust and durable thanks to the special sharpening process (PEtec).

Full Bolster
The full bolster reliably protects your fingers in everyday cooking and the balance makes agile and precision work easier.
