Use Instructions
Hold the wooden handle with one hand and push down on top of the blade with the other, keeping fingers safely away from the blade
For crinkle cutting:
After the first cut, turn vegetable, then thinly slice again. Repeat this after each cut.
For waffle cutting:
After the first cut, half turn vegetable, then slice again.
