Pizza Tips:

  • Don’t overcrowd your pizza, as a minimal topping is best

  • No need to pre-cook prawns or meat; these can be cooked to your liking in the pizza oven

RECIPE: MARGHERITA PIZZA

  • Basic pizza dough
  • Fresh basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. of tomato paste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 700mL passata
  • Mozzarella
  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add tomato paste, passata and water. Simmer for 30 minutes to reduce.
  2. Preheat Ultimate Pizza Oven. Roll out the dough and place it onto the lightly floured ceramic baking stone.
  3. Top base with the homemade sauce. Roughly tear pieces of mozzarella and place over the top.
    Close the lid, check after 3 minutes and cook further if desired.
  4. Finish with fresh basil, and enjoy.

 

Use & Care:

  • Outside: wipe clean with a damp cloth
  • Stone: scrap away excess food with included paddles and wipe with a cloth/paper towel.
