Invented in Norway, the Hackit is a handy kitchen tool made from food-grade reinforced nylon, designed for chopping and mashing. Able to withstand heat up to 210°C while in the pan, the Hackit is ideal for breaking up mincemeat so it cooks quickly and evenly without lumps. It will even chop tomatoes and mushrooms as they are added to the pan. Can also be used to cut berries, mash potatoes, smash avos, break meringues, and break biscuits.
